Combining fifteen years of teaching, a passion for cake making and a Masters PME Diploma in Sugarcraft, we are able to offer you delightful bespoke cakes and easy to follow and well taught classes.
As the founder and creator of Dilly's Delights, Mary prides herself on providing a friendly, flexible and professional service.
A lover of all things cake, Mary set up Dilly's Delights in memory of her father 'Dilly' from whom she inherited her sweet tooth and passion for delicious homemade bakes.
Mary holds her Masters PME Diploma in Sugarcraft and following an extensive career as an Assistant Head teacher has taught baking and sugar craft skills to children and adults of all ages.
Based in London, Mary provides cakes across the UK and runs classes both directly from her home as well as in a range of private and public venues.
